2.the working theory and structure
Ratchet theory is used in this product. Hang high ,use low. when using ,hang nylon sling to the fixed beam, safe hook vise the lifting ring, locked hook in the safety belt linked the semi-ring ,the device can work safely. when work the safety belt is still in half-tight. The fall arrester can be clasped on to an anchorage line so as to accompany the user without requiring manual adjustment during upward or downward movement, and it locks automatically on the anchor-line when a fall occurs.it can stop dropping automatically within 0.2meter, it can eliminated the need of extended fall distance clearance, minimizing the risk of injured .when worked over, the safety belt will retracted to the fall arrester , easily to carry.
Aluminum alloy jacket , firm materials ,air-wires as the safety rope, high strength , Wear-resistant. Comply to CB6095-85 standard for safety belt.

4.care &use of fall arrest
1>hang it highly and use it low .during using it ,hang it on the fixed beam above user, prohibit using with other fittings, such as safety belt and etc.
2>check wire rope no breaking section , halyard no cutting damage, and the device can operate well before using it. pull the wire rope , have the sound”tata”,is normal
3> nylon sling should not to hang in the sharp edge .if this ,the nylon sling will be damage and unworkable.
4>cleaned the steel wire rope if working in rainy day, if not will shorted the life of the steel wire rope .
5>parts of device are not permitted to refit or disassemble
6>keep wire rope from twist or knot .do not twist with other ropes across, or catch it other position ,or contact with things with edge.
7>The steel wire rope must stay in halyard when it not work.
8>Do not use it near a machine of turning mechanism, if the rope enter into the machine, there will be some trouble to you.
9>the working life of the fall arrester is two years if you used them meet the requirements. if you have a lot not used fall arresters, they are not usually used but exceed two years, please choose 1-2 worst fall arrester to examination. the way of examination is follow:
A.>take the fall arrester to the fixed beam ,80kg load lifted to the air by sling, make the 80kg load fall free.
B>in the Hydraulic testing machine , the fall arrester locked, the load upto 6000N.
After ,check the automatic lock function and the steel wire rope, if normal , continue using 3months. 3month one examination after this time, and the tested fall arrester prohibit to use
10>if the fall arrester worked in bad environment (heavy dust, high acid and alkali),the customer should check the fall arrester frequently to guarantee the security .if have some defect , stop using or back to manufactory to maintenance

3.must fixed the fall arrester to the place where can bear 3 times rated load, if not the fall arrester should not arrest falls.
4.check the steel wire rope ,if there is some breaking or damage to the strain , you should stop using or back to supplier for maintenance.
5.check the flexible ,pull the wire rope before using the fall arrester. and if there are the sound”tata”,is normal
6.when you use fall arrester, with aluminum steel wire rope, you should clean the rope after you used over especially when the rope get some oil or water.
7keep wire rope from twist or knot .do not twist with other ropes across.or catch it other position,or contact with things .
8. check the fall arrester frequently to guarantee the security ,especially the automatic locked feature and wears about the steel sling.frequently used occasion ,two years the product should back to manufactory to maintenance
