Steel wire rope sling Usage guideline
Steel wire rope sling is produced by diversely way, convenience in lifting
The specification of steel wire rope is6×37+FC(fiber core)or 6×37+IWR(steel core)
The tensile strength of steel wire rope is 1670 MPa
The ratio between usage load and breaking load is 1:6
The heading joint way is different ,including galvanized pressed , spliced, casted and endless ring.
During the special condition, light loop or heavy loop can link to the eye.
The working load will be different as the angle between any two slings changes in a combination (May two or multiplex)
The general is bright ,it can also be produced as nylon cored composite rope 、 adhesive composite rope 、 plastic rope according to the different using environment .
If you need custom , please offer the data
a)the working load limit of single sling , the maximum weight of the lifting goods
b) offered the type of the slings which you need. If you want to build one set by yourself, please offer the number of the slings .
c) need or not need the ending fitting of the slings
d)the length of the sling by metric m system
